BILLY’S X PUMA – STYLE RIDER ”KATANA”

Posted on 2020-06-08

BILLY’s conceptualized the colorway based on the art of crafting the traditional Japanese sword. Dominated by a mix of sleek black suede and nylon, much of the uppers are constructed with an understated texture, setting the foundation for a sharp silver side-stripe panel that cuts across the sidewalls. “PUMA” branding is embroidered at the top of the tongue over a smooth batted nylon base, also showing up along the toebox.

ADIDAS ORIGINALS FRANKFURT CITY SERIES

Posted on 2020-06-01

An accurate retro of the ‘80s OG, the adidas Frankfurt returns this season, retaining its rich blue suede and Velcro fastening. Part of the famous City Series, it shares much of the casual-favoured DNA with other prominent models of the era.
The low-cut upper is teamed with a handball-like sole unit and finished, just as it was back in the day, with silver foil model designation stamped on the sidewall.

MONKEY TIME X SONIC YOUTH

Posted on 2020-06-01

The capsule comes with a total of four T-shirts, colored in blue, brown, white and black, each nodding to signature motifs and album artwork from the band. One of the band’s most recognizable graphics is a print of a white laundry machine — album artwork of Washing Machine (1995). Popping out from a bright blue background, the image is thinly etched with black outlines with “Sonic Youth” stamped at the center of the print. Another T-shirt sports a print of the band’s album cover Goo from 1990. It features a hand-drawn illustration that was originally based on a newspaper photograph of Maureen Hindley and David Smith, key witnesses in the 1966 Moors Murders trial.
