The XLARGE x Takumi Ramen collab is A bold fusion of iconic streetwear and Japanese ramen culture. Now, the brand teams up with Takumi Ramen, known for authentic flavor and street-level energy, to create something truly unique.

In his debut Los Angeles exhibition, the Seoul-based artist has left terra firma. Across ten canvases and a solitary windsockesque soft sculpture, he lifts the visual language of landscape, ports it into metaverse, and returns it, somehow, to the analog world. Each a centrifugal force, the landscapes rotate free from the constraints of their genre, beyond memory and perspective. The result is what Meyerson calls a “meta-location,” something akin to the overview effect reported by astronauts.

Ever the curator and collager, Dev Hynes is back with a new multifaceted, communally collaborative album as Blood Orange. Pastoral arrangements are pervaded by bittersweet lyrics on Essex Honey, as Hynes mulls over youth and grief with an illustrious host of contributors to help eke out those raw feelings. Across busy arrangements with layered guitars, his vignetted gauzy vocals meet harmonica wails and sighs, lilting folk violin, and tangles of fingerpicked acoustic guitar, erupting in sharp speeding rhythms that elasticate the pace of these tracks.
TweetIn these new paintings, figurative elements—which Bradley had begun to develop in previous works—emerge as central compositional structures. ‘I have never really felt comfortable calling myself an abstract painter,’ says Bradley. ‘There have always been flashes of figuration in my work. For whatever reason, at this moment, I feel ready to let it all come to the surface.’ 1A group of horizontal paintings feature black contour lines that serve as scaffoldings for swaths of colour, floral blots of brushy paint, and scraped and stippled textural patches, which coalesce into hulking, animal-like forms that fill the surface of the support. Bradley builds up these forms until they achieve a loose balance between assembled wholes and disparate parts, establishing a dynamic tension in the work between cohesion and dissolution

Across the line, ASSC’s quintessential hoodies and T-shirts come in a variety of tones and prints, from gray and black to orange, yellow, and camouflage. Some feature Caterpillar images and branded iconography, while others flaunt detailed illustrations of construction machinery. Elsewhere, operator cargo trousers boast ASSC’s logo down the leg, while caps and beanies see both labels’ motifs unite across the front.
