TOPDOWN DIALECTIC – FALSE LP A
2026-08-17Born from enigma, Topdown Dialectic has entranced dub and techno internet scavengers since 2013. Izaak Schlossman has since been revealed as the project’s mastermind, but its cryptic nature remains: False LP A collects archival tracks among new material, all at exactly 5 minutes long, providing a series of canvases on which he methodically stretches and splatters sound. Scurrying in with minuscule dub, the grooves that eventually emerge are lax and content to be quiet, as suggestions of vocals are shrouded in whirring ambience, rickety wooden synthesis, and mistral winds sweeping over clinking details.
