VIVIENNE WESTWOOD X EASTPAK

Posted on 2023-07-10

The collection utilizes the custom “Planets” print, which was first developed as part of the Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood SS19 collection. The graphic, which is inspired by “Saturn return,” or a rare period of significant transformation in horoscopic astrology, lands on a bevy of backpacks, totes, duffels, crossbody bags, suitcases and satchels.

Inside the range, the Jessice and the Padded backpacks prioritize functionality with recycled polyester constructions, and the Tote Bag opts for a robust build, featuring strong carry handles and adjustable shoulder straps. The Duffel Bag dons several zippered inner and outer pockets; the signature One silhouette and the new Satchel both offer compact storage while on the go, and the suitcase, which will be sold exclusively in Vivienne Westwood boutiques, exudes sophistication.

DUKE + DEXTER X PLAYBOY

Posted on 2023-06-19

As one of the most widely recognized lifestyle magazines in the world, Playboy is approaching its 70th anniversary. Before it converted to online-only in 2020, each issue featured a combination of advice columns, sporting highlights, exclusive interviews, and of course, the Playboy Pin Up.

Now, to celebrate a trio of collaborations — while continuing to align with seven decades of Playboy – Duke + Dexter has brought back its “Sketch” capsule for a fourth installment. The collection features a new line of D+D’s classic Wilde Penny Loafers, printed with three of Playboy’s most memorable cover shoots across the vamp.

Featuring five new styles, the Playboy x D+D collaboration welcomes the Wilde Sketch IV — a continuation of the duo’s second collaborative capsule. Additionally, the duo includes the Wilde 1975 Cover, taking it back to March of 1975, where D+D revitalizes three classic covershoots.

Meanwhile, the Wilde 1988 Cover takes things back to a cover shoot featuring Laurie Carr’s eyes and mouth. Rounding off the collection, the two final pairs reminisce on the years of 2015 and 2012, referencing classic cover girls such as Gia Marie, Stephanie Branton, Ciara Price, Chelsie Aryn, Roxanna June, Val Keil, and Audrey Allen.

LIAM GALLAGHER X ADIDAS SPEZIAL LG2 SPZL

Posted on 2023-06-12

Gallagher first teased his latest adidas collaboration during a London gig at London’s KOKO venue, arriving at retailers in Early September. The classic white and green colorway resembles the original adidas Country, which debuted in the mid-1970s.

“Chalk White” leather uppers land with a clean identity, complemented by tonal suede overlays that hit the mudguards and heel counters. “Bottle Green” three stripes branding decorates the medial panels and co-branded rear tabs, completing the design with thin-cut tongues, Liam Gallagher facial illustrations, and textured gum outsoles.
