A cultural call to action of Unity, Originality and Pride curated by Fat Tony, captured by Nick Knight’s SHOWstudio in aid of the Albert Kennedy Trust
Featuring a roll-call of global creators from the LGBTQ+ community, and allies including Elton John, Pharrell Williams, Marc Jacobs, Edward Enninful, David Beckham, Skin, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell & Amanda Lepore.
Each participant re-imagines the iconic adidas Samba through the theme of ‘Prouder’ – the shoes will be on display in a unique exhibition and auctioned off on eBay in support of the work of the Albert Kennedy Trust, who provide safe homes and support to LGBTQ+ youth people facing homelessness.
The campaign culminates in adidas’ first ever float at London Pride, followed by an after party at the Groucho Club.
July 3rd saw the global unveiling of the adidas ‘Prouder’ campaign, an exploration and celebration of unity, equality and originality throughout the week of London Pride 2018. The campaign brings together a unique group of global creatives in support of the message of LGBTQ+ Pride, from both within the community and from allies who support.
