adidas Originals and Italian fashion label, Fiorucci have joined forces through a new creative collaboration celebrating the authentic style, inclusivity and infectious optimism of both brands. Delivering a bold, playful and energetic collection for the female consumer, the collaboration brings together two brands that share a legacy of iconic design and immense cultural significance.

Proclaiming their excitement toward the collaboration, Janie and Stephen Schaffer, Fiorucci’s joint CEOs draw together the two brands seamlessly: “adidas is the most recognisable brand in the world. FIORUCCI was always known for its vast graphic history and emphasis on fun and colour. To bring these two brands together looks completely unique and is the perfect take on heritage athleisure.” For the duo, both houses are “authentic brands who have been trailblazers over the years.”

Comprised of a host of standout items, the first limited edition release of the collaborative collection is a nod towards both institutions’ iconic emblems. Featuring iconic graphics throughout, the apparel offering is made-up of a playful black vinyl twist on the classic adidas Firebird two piece tracksuit, a t-shirt bearing the instantly recognisable Fiorucci angel, and a striped red sweater. This is all capped off by a mandatory pair of striped Samba Rose sneakers in a cream and red colourway.

The adidas Meets Fiorucci collection will be available globally on February 15th.

THE NORTH FACE PURPLE

The first ever drop to hit the streets of Europe, the winter capsule collection will be stocked exclusively at London Carnaby Street at The North Face’s Urban Exploration store. The collection has been currated to reimagine the entire basement of the space and will be available to purchase for one month only.

Launched in 2003 by Nanamica designer Eiichiro Homma, TNF Purple is renowned for blending stylish casualwear with technical fabrics. This debut international line emulates the best elements of the world-renowned outdoors brand while putting a new spin on iconic ‘70s hiking gear. Homma’s approach for the collection incorporates an aspirational Japanese take on streetwear whilst maintaining true to the The North Face’s key silhouettes and mountaineering fabrics.

Boasting a 16 pieces collection and with all apparel having been resized to western sizing, key items include the Sierra Parka, Mountain Wind Suit, Hooded Sierra Down Vest,Field Denali Coat and an assortment of accessories.

KEITH HARING X BURTON

Burton’s new collection features the iconic artwork of Keith Haring, an American artist whose pop art and graffiti-like work grew out of the NYC street culture of the 1980s. The Keith Haring collection consists of an anorak jacket and a T-shirt, in addition to a matching snowboard. Haring’s signature pop art and graffiti-like work can be seen on each item.

The jacket features reflective trim on the front and back, fully taped seams, expandable cargo pockets, a kangaroo chest pocket, and interior goggle pocket. The tee then boasts graphic print on the front, back and sleeves, in addition to thumbhole cuffs.

ADSUM X REEBOK PYRO

The sneaker features a cream suede and white mesh upper with hits of color coming in the form of sporty blue and citron green accents. Embroidered Adsum branding replaces the Reebok branding on the tongue and heel.

Essential to this concept is the use of revolutionary materials that are lightweight yet strong and functional. Enter the technology of SHAKEDRY GORE-TEX— the world’s lightest GORE-TEX, which yields theUtility Hoodie Jacket and the oversize Long Coat. Windproof and waterproof yet breathable, packable,and exceptionally lightweight, these pieces are paragons of both form and function.

The drape of parachutes inspired the billowing shape of the Long Coat, which features a PFC-free water-repelling surface, double-entry side pockets, sealed seams, buttoned storm flap, and drawcord-adjustable hood and hem—all while weighing in at a mere 346 grams. The Utility Hoodie Jacket, meanwhile, offers hands-free versatility with its multi-pocket design. The oversize piece boasts a full two-way zip, adjustable cuffs, and a drawcord-adjustable hem. HI-TEC SPORTSWEAR SS19

Hi-Tec Sportswear returns to its Southend roots for SS19, The release marks the return of a number of classic sneaker styles, paired with a range of unisex apparel.

Hi-Tec Sportswear’s SS19 footwear includes the Badwater 146, which debuted in 1989, alongside the Silver Shadow in a trio of colorways and the Magnum 6 boot.

For apparel, Hi-Tec Sportswear has emblazoned bold logos across long-sleeve T-shirts, hoodies and sweats, while the color-blocked tracksuits serve as favorites from the clothing styles.
