MIKE & TIM BISKUP
2015-02-23The Slow Culture Gallery in LA will be presenting Big Butter, “A Step Felt in Full”, a month long exhibition with 70+ new works with artists Tim Biskup and Mike Biskup to coincide with the release of the 5th LP by their nearly 30 year long musical project, Big Butter.
Tim and Mike’s continued collaboration musically has bled into their artistic endeavors with both brothers showcasing artwork that is can be described as vibrant and colorful. Both the gallery show and the heir new album “A Step Felt in Full” in a culmination of their unique minds with Mike’s visual style of intricate watercolor paintings showcasing intuitive lines and bold colors and Tim’s work featuring animated psychedelic imagery, reminiscent of 1950’s storybook illustration.
