LANDSCAPES

Posted on 2026-01-05

Landscape photography reflects our ongoing dialogue with the world around us. Sometimes vast and panoramic, other times intimate or microscopic, the landscape can be a literal space—or a symbolic one. Many images in this exhibition celebrate nature in its pure, untouched state; others examine how human presence shapes, disrupts, or defines the land. Beyond aesthetic beauty, these photographs carry emotional and psychological resonance. They reveal traces of memory, loss, affection, and longing embedded in place.
This exhibition brings together photographic artwork that offers a broad, interpretive, and personal investigation of the landscape, understood as a physical environment, an imagined terrain, or a conceptual space.

Exhibition runs through to February 14th, 2026

CHARANJIT SINGH SYNTHESIZING – TEN RAGAS TO A DISCO BEAT

Posted on 2026-01-05

Light in the Attic is honored to announce the long-awaited reissue of Synthesizing: Ten Ragas to a Disco Beat, the revolutionary 1982 album from composer and musician Charanjit Singh. Pairing Indian classical ragas with then-state-of-the-art Roland synthesizers and drum machines, Singh created an electronic masterpiece that was far ahead of its time.

Recording live at Mumbai’s HMV studios, Singh married the past to the future—blending the ancient Indian tradition of ragas (a melodic framework, similar to a scale, from which musicians can improvise or compose) with pulsating, electronic dance beats. Released without fanfare, it faded into obscurity and Singh retired from recording to focus on private concerts, but that’s where the story begins…

The latest in Field Records’ run of essential vinyl pressings revisits Stephen Hitchell’s 2009 masterpiece under his Variant alias, The Setting Sun. As part of Echospace and also celebrated for his productions as Intrusion and Soultek, Hitchell is considered a leading light in dub techno, with the versatility in his sound to range from rhythmic, physical pulses to purely tonal, abyssal drone. His work as Variant, which debuted with The Setting Sun, capitalises on this scope to deliver a compelling ambient-with-teeth set richly deserving of a proper vinyl pressing.

MOSCHINO X SNOOP DOGG

Posted on 2026-01-05

Moschino has officially partnered with Snoop Dogg for a specialized winter capsule collection honoring the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina. Following the artist’s role as a torchbearer and honorary coach for Team USA, the Italian luxury house presents a focused drop that blends alpine aesthetics with the rapper’s signature West Coast codes.

The collection is comprised of two silhouettes: a T-shirt and a sweatshirt. Both pieces utilize a stark white base to evoke snowy landscapes, contrasted by “Young, Wild & Free” graphics. The central design features a freestyle skier midair against a blue alpine backdrop, symbolizing freedom and dynamism.

ADIDAS GAZELLE JAMAICA X BOB MARLEY

Posted on 2026-01-05

Adidas brings the laid-back energy of reggae icon Bob Marley to the classic Gazelle silhouette. By pairing soft textures with specific color references, the design honors Marley’s enduring cultural impact and his well-documented passion for football without relying on overly aggressive branding.

Soft mustard suede dominates the upper, providing a velvety texture that suggests immediate comfort. The signature Three Stripes appear in muted green, framed by fine red borders that add graphical weight to the side profile. Contrasting elements include crisp white laces and a yellow midsole tab, all grounded by an off-white matte outsole that maintains the model’s heritage look.
