CARHARTT WIP FW24

Posted on 2024-07-29

To orient its collection, Carhartt WIP started by digging into its archive to look at core silhouettes and details. For example, hooded zip-up jackets, duck jackets, quilted vests and cotton twill pants will forever be in the workwear rotation, so the brand continuously refreshes them with new shades and subtle detail changes.

But alongside workwear staples, the collection also turned its gaze to varsity, traditional outdoor and military apparel styles. One ensemble may feature a standout black varsity jacket with white and camel patches, while another sees a soft cardigan version. Several pieces whether it be pants, cardigans or interior linings of jackets feature various camouflage prints.

RALEIGH CHOPPER – FIZZY LEMON

Posted on 2024-07-22

British bicycle brand, Raleigh, has just unveiled its classic Chopper bike in two new colorways: “Fizzy Lemon” and “Space Blue.”

Last year, Raleigh relaunched a near replica of the iconic bike following five years of research and product development. The bike has now been brought back for the modern day and has adopted some small changes — but it is as close to the original as possible, with the customary one-piece saddle, mid-frame gear shifter, and sissy bar.

The Chopper officially returned in 2023, with the full run selling out in minutes with IRL sales at Raleigh’s Nottingham flagship store seeing overnight queues. Now, due to its high demand, Raleigh is using an online queuing system to enable fans to purchase its classic bike anywhere in the world.
