ADIDAS SPEZIAL FW18
2018-08-27Adidas SPEZIAL FW18 drop pays homage to the 30th anniversary of Acid House, a sub-genre of house music developed around the mid-1980s. The collection then hones in on the cultural phenomenon of warehouse parties and how that first generation of ravers remain influential to this day.
Featuring apparel, footwear, and accessories, adidas SPEZIAL FW18 is highlighted by a vibrant color palette shown across graphic T-shirts and heritage-inspired sneakers. Outerwear includes the packable Loton jacket, inspired by archival adidas products from the ’80s, and the colorful Carnforth reversible puffer. The Mod Trefoil sweat returns this season, in addition to the Harpurhey tracksuit, a beanie, and long-sleeve and short-sleeve T-shirts featuring graphics pointing to the story of the Acid Winter.
The initial drop for adidas SPEZIAL FW18 takes place September 7th, and a second drop on September 21st.
