2021-05-24UK artist Whatshisname is set to release his Riot of Liberty resin sculpture in Black (matte) and Red (glossy) editions. First released in white (January 2020), the sculpture features Lady Liberty engaged in a fight for the freedom she symbolizes. With a bandana over her face and arm cocked back to throw her torch, the piece evokes the iconic Banksy concept.

MICKEY MOUSE (MOSAIC ART STYLE) BY DISNEY X MILK
2021-05-17Hong Kong-based MILK continues its large-format Mickey Mouse (Mosaic Art) vinyl art toys with two new colorways— Red and Macaron. Officially licensed from Disney, the the 15.75″ figures feature the iconic mouse with an abstract, mixed-color mosaic tile style face. The Red edition features a blend of red, pink and white while Macaron offers a mix of lavender, pink and yellow hues.

KENNER CLASSICS – PROTOTYPE BOBA FETT
2021-05-03In celebration of May the 4th aka Star Wars Day, Hasbro has brought back its iconic rainbow Boba Fett prototype figure from its Kenner Classics range.
For those unfamiliar, prior to the original launch of Kenner’s 3.75-inch scale Boba Fett figure decades ago, toy designers had to first create a prototype to make sure all the dimensions fit correctly. Instead of using the high-quality plastic you’d usually make the final product out of, the team would simply use whatever scrap plastic was lying around in order to keep costs and waste low. The result was the rainbow Boba Fett toy you see above, carrying different, extremely vibrant colors across his limbs and body as well as his emblematic thruster pack and rocket launcher.
