GORILLAZ MINI SERIES BY SUPERPLASTIC
2021-11-22Gorillaz is going big by going small with their very own blindbox art toy series from Superplastic. That’s right, after several medium-sized vinyl art toys, the animated super band is getting the deluxe 4″ treatment with 18 designs plus alternate colorways. There are at least two standard versions of the freaky four: 2D, Murdoc, Russel and Noodle. Rounding out the series are additional characters from the Gorillaz universe including Bonesy and Pazuzu.

BRAD WILSON – THE OTHER WORLD
2021-11-22The Other World: Animal Portraits, published through Damiani Publishers in Italy, showcases images from Wilson’s well-known Affinity series. Animal subjects practically jump off of the page in luminous detail, with each individuating trait articulated with a sharpness that usually feels reserved for the world of high fashion. Wilson’s technical eye and artistic sensitivity allows for the viewer to have a direct confrontation with the beauty contained within every bird, cat, animal and reptile that he photographs. Through the lens of the endangered, the artist attempts to achieve the ultimate goal of bridging the interspecies divide.

CARHARTT X CHIPOTLE
2021-11-22Carhartt has teamed up with Chipotle for a limited-edition apparel collection that shines a light on the challenges faced by the U.S. farming industry.
The workwear-focused brand has created a series of pieces, including a custom apron, jacket, hat and a variety of patches that include Chipotle iconography. The Relaxed Fit Duck Detroit Jacket has been updated with Carhartt x Chipotle “Supporting the Future of Farming” embroidery, while the iconic Cuffed Beanie has been updated with chipotle pepper, avocado and bell pepper patches.

2021-11-22The new collaboration sees KHRISJOY’s signature oversized cocoon style puffer washed in a bluescale polar-bear-inspired graphic design print. In addition to the goose-down puffer jacket, the collection also includes a hoodless cocoon-style down vest. Completing the Italy-made collection are XXL KENZO x KHRISJOY logo drawstrings and brushed nickel details.

DIM MAK X THE MATRIX
2021-11-22The collection consists of black T-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies showcasing iconic scenes of Morpheus, Trinity, Neo and the original antagonist Agent Smith in action. With a total of six pieces, each of the trilogy movies receive two dedicated apparel items displaying “The Matrix,” “Matrix Reloaded,” and “Matrix Revolutions” text alongside full-color graphics.
