Marvin Gaye’s 1971 What’s Going On, is to be re-released on May 31st by Motown/UMe and will celebrate What’s Going On’s 40th anniversary with a box set containing two CDs, a vinyl LP.The package features various alternate takes, demo versions, mono single mixes, and non-album tracks, including the single “You’re the Man”. The box’s booklet features two essays and rare photos from the album’s cover shoot.
