In February 2010, Gil Scott-Heron released “I’m New Here”, his first album in thirteen years. In August 2009, as a member and producer of The xx, Jamie xx released his debut album “xx”.
The album “We’re New Here” sees Jamie xx remixing thirteen tracks from the original “I’m New Here” album sessions.
The album drops February 21st 2011!!!
