PORTISHEAD AND GOLDFRAPP CREATE MUSIC SCORE
2010-03-01Band members from Portishead and Goldfrapp have joined forces to create a new score for a classic silent film.
Adrian Utley from Portishead, and Will Gregory from Goldfrapp, will write tracks for The Passion Of Joan Of Arc.
In the one-off event – which will be screened at Bristol’s Colston Hall on the 7th of May – the film will be accompanied by a live premiere of the new score. It is a collaboration between the two musicians, the Colston Hall and the Watershed Media Centre.
