2009-04-06The home-movie-style documentary, Picture Me, is a down-and-dirty insider’s look at the world of modeling, which, surprise surprise, isn’t all glossies and parties. There were plenty of fun appearances made by the likes of Lisa Cant, Missy Rayder, Irina Lazareanu, Tanya D, Cameron Russell, and even Kaiser Karl, but there were also lots of darker scenes, the weight/body issues, the loneliness, the human-turned-robot-syndrome that can only happen when you’re being handled like a clothing hanger.
