His now famous images taken during The Blitz gained him a job as a war correspondent for Life magazine and he became the war’s most travelled photographer…George Rodger was one of the 20th century’s most important photojournalists. In 1949 he founded Magnum together with Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Capa and David “Chim” Seymour.
