2021-11-15In his work, Age of Innocence, French photographer Laurent Elie Badessi explores the complex and paradoxical relationship Americans have with firearms through the subject of children, one of the groups that is the most affected by gun violence. Laurent Elie Badessi has received several prestigious awards, including a grant from the French Department of Cultural Affairs for his Paris show. His photographs are part of many important private and public collections, including the Whitney Museum, the Musée de l’Elysée, and the Sir Elton John Collection.
