NOAH X BARBOUR
2022-10-31During the outdoor craze of the 1960s, a new technical fabric was introduced in the Northeast of the United States: 60/40 cloth. The name was derived from its fiber content–60% cotton/40% nylon. Originally used for mountain parkas, the cloth became wildly popular almost immediately, achieving a cult following amongst climbers and the like.
Since then, there have been incredible developments in the outdoor textile world utilizing new materials, processes and technologies seemingly every season. With this opportunity Noah have worked with Barbour again, they wanted to inject a little bit of that feeling into a truly British jacket.
In addition to the eight colorways of the 60/40 Bedale, Noah also wanted to offer a traditional waxed cotton Bedale. This season they chose camo and included a zip-out liner.
